Knowing is not the same as changing

You can understand your patterns and still keep living them.

Most of us already know more than we practice. We can name the pattern, explain where it came from, and still find ourselves reacting the same way when life gets close. The Embodied Journey is built around something different: repeated practice, honest reflection, and a group of men walking beside you.

01

See clearly.

Build the awareness to notice what is happening in you before the old pattern takes over.

02

Practice differently.

Use breath, embodiment, reflection, and real-world exercises to create a different response.

03

Stay in it.

Let consistent structure and brotherhood keep you engaged long enough for insight to become lived change.

A container for real practice

The Journey gives the work somewhere to land.

You will move through the same core Embodied Journey curriculum while being supported by a live cohort. The point is not to race through content. It is to practice each week, bring your actual life into the work, and be witnessed by men doing the same.

  • 12 weeks of guided curriculum organized around awareness, embodiment, integrity, resilience, purpose, and integration.
  • Live cohort calls for practice, reflection, coaching, and honest conversation.
  • Embodiment and breath practices you can return to between sessions.
  • Journaling and real-world assignments designed to move the work beyond the screen.
  • A private cohort community for connection and conversation between calls.

The arc of the Journey

Return. Release. Reclaim.

The curriculum moves in phases. First you build enough presence to see yourself more clearly. Then you begin loosening the patterns that keep you stuck. From there, the work becomes about reclaiming the way you actually want to live.

Phase One

Return

Grounding, awareness, presence, feedback, and learning to observe yourself without immediately reacting.

Phase Two

Release

Integrity, fear, resilience, self-compassion, resentment, addiction awareness, and the patterns used to escape.

Phase Three

Reclaim

Relationship to masculine and feminine energy, purpose, vision, leadership, and the life you want to embody.

Who this is for

For men who are ready to participate in their own lives differently.

You do not need to arrive with everything figured out. You do need enough willingness to show up, practice honestly, and let other men see you in the process.

You live in your head.

You can analyze almost anything, but staying connected to your body and emotions is harder.

You want deeper relationships.

You are tired of performing competence while feeling disconnected, guarded, or alone underneath it.

You are ready for practice.

You are less interested in collecting another idea and more interested in actually living differently.

Questions

A few things to know.

When will the 2027 cohort begin?

The current plan is January through April 2027. Exact dates and call times will be announced before enrollment opens.

Is this the same as the self-paced Embodied Journey?

The live cohort uses the same core Journey curriculum, but adds a shared container: live calls, conversation, practice, and community with the same group of men across the program.

What will tuition be?

Final tuition and payment options are still being set. Men on the interest list will receive those details first.

Do I need experience with men’s work?

No. You need willingness more than experience. The work is designed to meet men where they are while asking for real participation.

What happens after I join the interest list?

You will receive occasional updates about the cohort as details are finalized, along with invitations into the broader Embodied Brotherhood work.
