RETURN TO THE BODY November 12–15, 2026 · Foresthill, California · Limited to ~12 men

A 4-Day Men's Immersion in the Sierra Foothills

Step out of the noise.
Return to what’s real.

Breath. Embodiment. Brotherhood. Four days to come back into your body and remember what it feels like to be fully here.

Return to the Body is an intimate men’s retreat built around breathwork, somatic practice, honest conversation, nature, and the kind of connection that becomes possible when you stop performing and let yourself actually arrive.

A Look Back at the Last Retreat

Imagine This

You wake up and take a full breath of crisp mountain air.

The scent of pine moves through your lungs as morning mist clings to the trees. You step outside and walk toward the fire. A few men are already gathered, coffee in hand, quiet laughter rising into the air.

Just days ago, these men were strangers. Now you feel more seen, more open, and more grounded than you have in a long time. Your nervous system is quieter. Your body feels alive. You’re not trying so hard to be anywhere else.

What You'll Step Into

Not another weekend away. A deliberate interruption.

The retreat is designed to create enough space, safety, and challenge for you to slow down beneath the usual momentum of daily life.

01 · BREATHE

Guided Breathwork

Deep somatic breathwork journeys to help open the body, clear emotional fog, and create access to what’s underneath the noise.

02 · EMBODY

Movement & Presence

Embodiment, mindful movement, grounding, and nervous-system practices that bring you out of abstraction and back into direct experience.

03 · CONNECT

Honest Brotherhood

Small-group conversation where you can stop performing, tell the truth, listen deeply, and be met by other men doing the same.

04 · RELEASE

Space for What You Carry

Practices that invite you to notice and work with tension, emotion, patterns, and the parts of yourself you usually override or avoid.

05 · REMEMBER

Nature & Stillness

Time in the Sierra foothills to hear yourself again without screens, noise, schedules, and the constant demand to be productive.

06 · RETURN

Integration

You leave with practices, relationships, and a more embodied reference point for how you want to meet your work, relationships, and life.

Who This Is For

When your mind won’t slow down, your body holds the map.

Most men learn to push through stress, doubt, loneliness, and exhaustion by tightening up, numbing out, staying busy, or going deeper into problem-solving mode.

  • You’re stuck in your head and feel disconnected from your body.
  • You crave brotherhood but often feel alone.
  • You notice yourself becoming numb, reactive, withdrawn, or restless.
  • Your life may look good on paper, but something underneath it feels unfinished.
  • You want more courage, clarity, presence, and depth in how you live.

“This isn’t about learning more. It’s about creating the conditions to feel more — safely, honestly, and with enough support to stay present for what you find.”
