More than people around you

Most men have contacts. Fewer have a place where they can actually show up.

Friendship can become schedules, work, sports, texts, and the occasional check-in. The Brotherhood exists to create another kind of space: one where you can slow down, practice being present, and build connection with men who are willing to do the same.

Show up.

You do not need a polished story, an answer, or a crisis to belong here.

Get out of your head.

Breath, movement, awareness, and grounding bring the work into the body.

Know other men.

Connection gets deeper when people return, practice together, and stop performing.

Your easiest first step

Come to Into the Body on Tuesday.

Every week we meet online to slow down, breathe, move, ground, reflect, and connect. Some men come every week. Some come when they need it. You do not have to decide anything beyond showing up once.

What joining opens

A community you can actually participate in.

The goal is not to put another newsletter in your inbox. It is to give you real places to practice, connect, and keep returning.

01 · Weekly Practice

Into the Body

A free Tuesday men’s circle built around breath, embodiment, reflection, and honest connection.

02 · Community

The Brotherhood

A private online space to stay connected, share, ask questions, and know what is happening next.

03 · Gatherings

Local + Online Invitations

Hear about social gatherings, practices, events, and opportunities to meet other men in the community.

04 · Go Deeper

Retreats + The Embodied Journey

If you eventually want a deeper container, you’ll hear about upcoming retreats and guided programs first.

Real men. Real connection.

This is not a stock-photo version of brotherhood.

Embodied Brotherhood is built around men actually gathering, practicing, talking, moving, laughing, reflecting, and showing up for one another.

Questions

You do not need to know anything about men’s work to begin.

Is The Brotherhood really free?
Yes. Joining the community and participating in Into the Body on Tuesdays is free. Some retreats, cohorts, and deeper experiences are paid, but you do not need to purchase anything to be part of The Brotherhood.
Do I have to attend every Tuesday?
No. Come once, come regularly, or return when you need it. Repeated participation helps connection deepen, but there is no weekly attendance requirement.
Do I need experience with breathwork or men’s groups?
No. You can be completely new. Practices are introduced with context, and you are invited to participate at your own honest edge.
Will I be forced to share personal things?
No. Honest participation matters, but forced vulnerability is not the goal. You do not need to arrive with a story prepared or share more than is real for you.
What happens after I join?
You’ll receive access to The Brotherhood community and an email with your next steps, including how to join Into the Body on Tuesday and stay connected to upcoming gatherings.
