Into the Body meets every Tuesday from 6:00–7:15 PM Pacific Time. The room opens at 5:45 PM.
Wear comfortable clothing and choose a space where you can stand, sit, or lie down. Bring water; a cushion and small blanket are optional.
We begin at 6:00 PM PT and close entry at 6:05 so the group can settle into practice together. Your Zoom link remains in the confirmation email rather than on this public page.
